2020 / 2021

As 2020 was winding down, I composed this letter to the many colleagues and friends who have contributed to my professional journey over the last year.

Friends and Colleagues - - as is typical in the past year, I hope that you and your families have remained safe and healthy during 2020.

 Since last September, each of you in some way have participated in conversations regarding professional opportunities following my departure from Conduent.  Thank you for your input, advice, willingness to network and consider me for possible opportunities crossing your radar.  I remain confident in my efforts to join a c-suite team facing a combination of challenges requiring my background and experience.  In parallel, I have used these months as a broadening opportunity, first by supporting an early-stage AI start-up and most recently as a strategic advisor and consultant to several interesting companies.  Currently, I am working with three interesting firms, each of which are sitting at the intersection of digital, marketing / communications and some of today's most pressing issues.  Below is a snap-shot of each.

Strategic Solutions Group (SSG) / Consultant

Outdated processes and workflows are restraining the pandemic-fighting capacity of our Public Health Departments.  SSG's modern SaaS workflow solution Casetivity automates procedures, safeguards data and streamlines reporting for public health organizations.  I am helping SSG re-vamp their enterprise positioning, commercial strategy, digital presence (in progress) and plan for the tremendous opportunity they face created by the CARES Act.

QLess / Strategic Advisor & Board Observer

Today, waiting in lines not only wastes time it presents a health risk.  QLess is the leading queue management mobile application that eliminates queuing.  I am helping this team refresh their brand, sharpen their commercial strategy and ramp digital marketing in response to huge interest stemming from the pandemic.  

 Waymark / Strategic Advisor

The demand for custom video has become overwhelming to global CMO's.  Originally targeting small-businesses with a self-service "make your own commercial" software tool, Waymark is stepping into the enterprise space -- with the support of several Fortune 500 clients, a b2b commercial strategy and new digital presence.  I am excited to be working with this team of black belts spanning creative, digital, video and user-experience.

 I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to these company's transformation goals and future growth.
